There is little better in the gardening world than having your own personal supply of fresh herbs. The colours, fragrance and taste add something no other plants can.
We grow a comprehensive range of the most popular herbs as well as some more unusual ones. As herbs are so easy to grow there is no excuse for not having pots of the most popular ready to hand.
If you have the space then you could have a herb garden with a wide range of varieties, but if space is limited then grow them in containers, as they will thrive perfectly well in these. Herbs must have is plenty of sunlight as they form better plants in these conditions.
If at all possible, the herb garden should be close to the kitchen door so that you can harvest the fresh herbs when required. If you live in a flat, or do not have access to a garden and still want to have your own fresh herbs then you can grow them on a sunny windowsill, picking them regularly to encourage a bush plant.
Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme and Basil are the British staples, with others such as Coriander providing strong back-up.
We probably grow the largest range of vegetable plants in the area. In spring and early summer we have tomatoes including tumblers, cucumbers, over ten varieties of peppers, squashes, onions, lettuce, cabbages and many more.
You are buying direct from the growers ensuring good quality, hardy plants.
We offer a much wider range of plants than the average nursery or garden centre.
As growers we miss out the middleman, passing the savings on to you.
We are happy to chat and give advice about any gardening matters.
